Packages and Discounted Rates
	Rates are negotiable depending upon scope of project and length of assignment. Bundled packages are also available to long term contracts at reduced rates. Luxury Property Marketing Service Packages available - call or email for a quote.

Standard Business Terms

A written contract is required. Clients will be invoiced and payment is due as indicated above. PayPal is available for quick and easy payment. There are no refunds or carry over for prepaid clients as this is a reduced rate. Time is billed in 15 minute increments. Charged by the hour with a minimum requirement of 2 hours. All clients will be charged for any expenses incurred during the course of the work (copies, phone charges, postage, mileage,etc.). Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted via PayPal.
